Services Provided

Eva Wolf provides the following professional services:

  • Strategic Business Consulting

  • Marketing Leadership & Strategy

  • UGC & Brand Collaborations

  • Speaking Engagements

All services are subject to availability and are delivered with the highest standard of professionalism and confidentiality.

Booking & Payments

  • Consultations and Strategy Sessions: All sessions require booking through our official platform.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required upfront to secure your session or project.

  • Accepted Payments: Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer (processed securely via Stripe or PayPal).

  • Currency: All prices are listed in USD.


International Clients: We work with clients globally. If you reside outside the United States, you are responsible for your local tax reporting and compliance.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Consulting Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

  • Strategy Intensives: Non-refundable, but may be rescheduled with 48-hour notice.

  • Monthly Retainers & Packages: Require 30-day notice for cancellation.

  • Event Bookings (Keynotes, Panels, Masterclasses): Cancellations require 14-day notice; rescheduling may be available.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, government regulations, or other uncontrollable events.

Confidentiality & Data Privacy

  • All client information is treated with strict confidentiality.

  • Data collected during sessions or via the website is protected under Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) and GDPR Compliance.

For minors under 18, data collection is subject to parental consent under the SCOPE Act.

Intellectual Property

  • All content created by Eva Wolf, including strategy documents, marketing plans, and UGC materials, remain the intellectual property of evawolf.online until final payment is made.

  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of intellectual property is prohibited.

  • Client materials provided for projects remain the property of the client and will not be used outside the scope of the project without permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • Eva Wolf is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of services or consultations.

  • All business decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

We expect all clients to engage in:

  • Professionalism: Respectful and honest communication.

  • Collaboration: Timely responses and clarity of objectives.

Integrity: Transparency in sharing goals and expectations.

Data Security & Compliance

  • All payment processing is handled through Stripe or PayPal with secure encryption.
