I’m Eva Wolf—strategist, entrepreneur, and founder of ASK WOLF. For over a decade, I’ve helped businesses find clarity, grow with purpose, and expand into new markets with strategic precision.
From building brands in France to scaling ventures globally, I’ve experienced firsthand what it takes to grow a business beyond borders. I started my career as a young entrepreneur, scaling my first business before I turned 20. That journey taught me that growth is never just about numbers—it’s about strategy, clarity, and the right execution.

I founded Wolf Event’s, a non-profit organization supporting local artists and helping small businesses grow through cultural, artistic, and musical events in Normandy. One year later, I launched my career as an independent event planner, organizing large-scale events with over 3,000 attendees across Normandy and the Paris region.
Driven by curiosity and a desire to learn English, I set off on a two-year backpacking journey through Southeast Asia and Australia. Along the way, I discovered my love for scuba diving and the digital world. I began experimenting with photography, videography, and digital communications — the beginning of a new creative chapter.
After teaching project management in universities and top business schools, I deepened my skills in web development and digital marketing during the pandemic. I later launched an online training platform, supported by the French government and national education authorities, to empower entrepreneurs to start their own businesses.
A side project I had been developing since 2019 finally came to life: Squadmate, a smart project management platform with an algorithm designed to match freelancers with business needs. Think of it as your virtual project assistant. I presented Squadmate at international tech events like BETT London, Web Summit Lisbon, and VivaTech Paris. With the support of Business France and La French Tech, I found myself leading a promising French startup.
After experiencing the complexity of the SaaS market, I decided to test Squadmate’s MVP in the real world by launching a collaborative marketing agency: ASK WOLF. Building on over three years of freelance experience in the digital space, I created a collective of passionate and committed freelancers. The agency quickly gained traction, and with its rapid growth came a new opportunity: expanding internationally.
ASK WOLF became a global agency. I opened a second headquarters in Austin, Texas, to tap into the vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem of the U.S. Our mission expanded beyond marketing — helping conscious brands grow through strategy, creativity, and technology. From France to the United States, we now serve clients who dream big and act bold.
